Audit trail
Dataset change log
Every revision to a fee, eligibility finding or entity conclusion is recorded with its previous value, the time it changed and the reason. Superseded values are retained rather than silently overwritten.
-
dataset
funding_facts_verification14 pending first-party re-check 10 verified first-hand, 4 still pending for stated reasons
Read the Australian help-centre pages directly. Three values were corrected. Four remain unconfirmed and each says why: CoinSpot withdrawal timing was not on the pages read, OKX does not publish deposit timing, and both Binance entries depend on a page that requires login
-
Binance
binance_rail_verifiabilityunverified, pages unreachable unverifiable by design: the AUD deposit page requires login before showing payment methods
Read directly. The distinction matters: this is not a page this site failed to check, it is a page that publishes nothing to check
-
OKX
okx_deposit_limitsvaries by method, shown after verification not published publicly at all; OKX documents only how to view them in-account
Read from the OKX help article updated 2026-08-05, which explains where to look rather than stating limits
-
Kraken
kraken_deposit_timestandard EFT 1–2 business days bank transfer 0–2 business days, Osko near-instant, PayID instant; Osko limits A$10,000 daily / A$40,000 monthly
Read from the Kraken cash deposit table and the Osko/PayID article updated 2026-01-20
-
CoinSpot
coinspot_withdrawal_feefree, no minimum or maximum free to bank, no min/max; PayPal withdrawals 2% capped at A$1.25
Read from the CoinSpot withdrawal fee article; the PayPal case was missing
-
CoinSpot
coinspot_deposit_limit24-hour cap: none no cap for raised accounts; low-level accounts capped at A$10,000 per day
Read from the CoinSpot AUD Deposit FAQ. The "no limit" line applies only to accounts that have had their limit raised
-
HashKey Exchange
hk_usdt_pairnot confirmed confirmed absent: retail quote currencies are HKD and USD
Checked the trading pairs and the full deposit schedule; USDT appears in neither
-
HashKey Exchange
hk_trading_feemaker/taker approximately 0.12% VIP0 maker 0.29% / taker 0.5%, minimum trading fee USD 1.99
Read from the official fee schedule. The 0.12% figure came from secondary reporting and does not appear in any tier
-
Independent Reserve
sg_deposit_feenot confirmed, route excluded from ranking SGD PayNow free; FAST free at SGD 1,000+, otherwise SGD 2.50
Read from the official fee page. The Singapore route is now calculable and ranks below Coinhako
-
Independent Reserve
nz_withdrawal_feeNZD withdrawals NZ$29
Recorded from the official withdrawal schedule; it was missing entirely
-
Independent Reserve
nz_deposit_feeNZ$15 flat fee on deposits under NZ$5,000 no ordinary NZD bank deposit exists; SWIFT NZ$50,000+ via OTC desk, or 3.5% by card
Read from the official fee page. The NZ$15 figure came from secondary reporting and appears nowhere on the page; the site had used it to publish a break-even analysis against Easy Crypto, which is now withdrawn
-
dataset
sg_licensee_countabout 37 as of August 2026 (secondary source) 38 verified in the MAS Financial Institutions Directory
Counted directly in the MAS directory filtered to Major Payment Institution and Digital Payment Token Service
-
OKX
hk_application_statusnot on the licensed list application submitted 2023-11-16, withdrawn 2024-05-24
The SFC also publishes a list of returned, refused and withdrawn applicants. OKX Hong Kong FinTech Company Limited appears there, which is a stronger and more specific finding than absence from the licensed list
-
HashKey Exchange
hk_licence_referenceVASP-001, licensed August 2023 CE Reference BPL992, Hash Blockchain Limited, licensed 2022-11-09
Read directly from the SFC list of licensed virtual asset trading platforms. Secondary reporting had described a "VASP-001" numbering the SFC does not use, an August 2023 date, and the platform brand rather than the operating entity
-
dataset
affiliate_coverage5 new records with affiliate_rules.enabled = 0
The site has no commercial relationship with any of the newly added local platforms; several of them now rank ahead of platforms that do pay commission
-
dataset
local_platforms4 exchanges, Australia only 8 exchanges across 4 jurisdictions
Add the platforms that actually hold the local licence or registration in NZ, SG and HK, so the region pages compare real options instead of only reporting that the four Australian-facing platforms do not serve those markets
-
dataset
jurisdictionsAU AU,NZ,SG,HK
Add residence-specific eligibility and funding comparisons without inheriting Australian assumptions
-
Binance
bank_route_statusnot confirmed not confirmed (reported reinstatement disclosed)
Media reports Binance Australia reinstated AUD bank and PayID rails on 2026-01-16; disclosed on the page but not used to change the ranking, because media reporting never feeds a cost conclusion
-
dataset

Publish deposit/withdrawal times, withdrawal fees and minimums, all flagged as pending first-party re-check
-
dataset

Initial source-verified dataset
This site publishes under a pen name and has not published real-account transaction evidence, so it does not ask you to trust the byline. It asks you to check the record instead: every number carries a dated first-party source, the calculation is reproducible from published inputs, and this log shows what changed and why. A site that quietly edits its numbers cannot publish this page.
